Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Talking of Miro as a software, as i handle the Marketing Cross Functional roles, it gets very easy to build processes for the cross functional teams and also create inbound marketing funnels. The way we can have the connectivity from brainstorming to actual process developed, things can be visually seen and implemented in a right direction.

Pros

  • Generation of visual Marketing Inbound funnels with Data flow diagrams from Level 0 to Level 2
  • Project projections and template building for marketing to inherit objectives
  • Use of icons and processes to simplify text documents to visual diagrams

Cons

  • Having more icons and shapes for making processes
  • Having more templates to support marketing objectives such as bow tie model
  • Something easy to make better email marketing or webinar planning
  • Less time consuming and easy to build
  • Less complexity that leads to easy planning and approvals getting better ROI
  • Easy to show processes to clients
Its easy to connect it with Monday.com and track the work at a easy space, we are also planning to connect teams with the platform to keep the notifications centre on for a lot of these processes so that its easy to track down the changes that are required
We have a cross function team globally. The Leadership team is in the US while the Indian marketing team is also separated in different cities therefore collaboration is very easy in this process. We can tag and work just how easy it was in Figma but this is the Figma for process building
Lucid charts was a bit complex and we had limitation of the overall objects we can build. Here every box or object is not limited therefore it gets easier to make things appropriate and have fully functional board without breaking it down further to make the life and process easier

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Well suited: Template building, marketing processes, project roadmap. Using icons to show the planning and projection for any upcoming projects and having the various team members work and create easy methods for the same

Less Appropriate: email marketing planning, webinar planning, podcast planning, tracking and analysis of the projects is less appropriate
