Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Quarterly planning and roadmapping for product teams supporting our brand properties. templates to run retrospectives, brainstorming for new roadmap ideas for our cdj digital teams.

Cons

  • documenting robust technical processes- i think lucidchart might have leg up here
  • quicker sync from jira updates to Miro in the program boards
  • quicker planning cycles using templates to drive quarterly planning from 4 days to 2 days
  • reduces work in jira and Miro like we did before creating more effencies and less manual error

it is clear what strategic objectives we have and how the product team structure can impact those business metrics. giving that north start view and then leaderships view on what work is in progress to move that needle
this is the enterprise tool- i prefer miro

it was used for a small digital team to create quarterly templates then scaled accross ~150 ppl
  • too many ppl in the same project making it clock
  • our license issues locking us out often
55 - 55 in my team but there's about 4k w/ @whirlpool.com emails

andre chaing was great- heard my needs and had me meet w/ the team who could help me understand the functionality to get there
good until andrew left then we were bounced around when we had issues
free unlimited when we were trying to scale to enterprise then paying for licenses was easy
