Overall Satisfaction with Miro
My team mainly uses it for collaborations. We document our design process there, including all revisions. Not that often, but still, sometimes we use it as a project management tool and task assignment.
Pros
- Simple UI.
- Fast and easy uploads.
- Supports pdfs(this is huge for us).
Cons
- Allows you to sign in to two Miro accounts. I use it for work, university, and personal use. I need to jump between all three accounts. I understand that it is default with corporate restrictions, but when I am an individual, do allow me to see my corporate open boards. But it will be a headache to jump between accounts.
- Better link support, the current preview is too noisy and small.
- It would be nice if they kept layers intact if downloaded from Miro.
- Being able to exchange ideas with our partners all over the globe. Easy and nice. It definitely decreases the number of meetings.
As I stated before, because of successful collaboration on the Miro board, we decreased amount of meetings and calls.
