Miro Review
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro to organize our brainstorming sessions and make flow charts and diagrams representing different processes. We also use Miro to help define the specific goals in our roadmap and visualize our ideas. Miro makes it easier for us to collaborate and work in a team setting where more than 2 people are working together in a working session.
Pros
- Realtime Collaboration
- Process Mapping
- User Flow Mapping
- Brain storming
- Idea Visualization
Cons
- Access Control over Frames
- Project Management Board
- Increase the number of Free boards in a team
- Improved Collaboration
- Improved Communication
- Increased productivity of my team by 30% and decreased time spent on making presentation to explain things by at least 20%.
My half of the team is Remote which helps me collaborate with them easily, instead of making presentations to explain things in team meetings we can just pull up the Miro board and brainstorm and work together on Things. Anything new comes up we just make a new frame, which helps me keep every information regarding a project in one place.
