Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used by both Product and Eng. teams for planning work, either is diagrams or roadmaps.
Whenever remote meetings are held (since our teams are all remote), we use it as canvas to express ideas.
Product team multiple canvas to write requirements and organize information for each feature we develop, using multiple frames.
In some cases we also use the voting and timer functionalities in meetings for better interactivity between participants.

Pros

  • Collaborative Canvas
  • Easy of use of tools
  • Sharing with users
  • Option to follow a specific user

Cons

  • It should be possible to add in a more simple way Guest users
  • Better collaboration inside the team and with stakeholders
This is the only tool being used now to collaborate whenever new projects start, specially in the initial phase.
not so good in real time feedback when multiple users are using the same project. Organization of documents not very easy.
