We use Miro to visualize processes and customer journeys. It helps us organize the flow from step to step and optimize the details of our product plans. We work with comments and notes to refine the structure of the overall process. Miro has enabled us to communicate more effectively through visual learning and collaboration.

We set up an integration between Miro and our company's Slack account, and the process was straightforward. It took just a few moments to set up, and it's been helpful and productive to have the integration, which pushes notifications about particular activities and comments from Miro to Slack.

Miro is exceptionally well suited to tackling customer journey planning. You can easily create visual representations of the customer journey at every step, no matter how precise and detailed you'd like to be. It is straightforward to onboard with Miro and use the tool with minimal training.
