Miro makes busines process mapping easy
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro to map business processes across the entire organisation. We use some of the templates available to make it easy for us. The business processes can then be mapped to the technology. As the diagrams are easily shared, we find it eay to collaborate with many areas of the orgnaisation. We used to use Visio, but this is much easier.

- We can now collaborate easily on digrams, which means it's easier and more cost effective.
- Our teams are more connected and we have faster turn-arounds.
- We don't need to email diagrams around and install software (like we did with Visio) we can easily collaborate in a web browser.
Whiteboards make it really easy to draw sketches. We used to do this in a room with a physical whiteboard. Now we can do it online with people in different locations.
We prefer Miro for its ease of use, easy distribution and collaboration capabilities. Visio needed an installation, training and file sharing. Miro is much easier to onboard people. They seem to just get in and join the conversation easily.
