Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro has been extremely helpful in my organization. We have been able to use it for a variety of projects and SOP's that we've made. My favourite use of Miro is being able to create process maps. This has allowed us to track and compare our processes so much easier. Miro is easy to use and perfectly customizable.

  • Scrolling feature is sometimes hard
  • Otherwise, good.

  • Increased productivity
We've been able to work on projects without having to meet at the same time. This allows for everyone to use their own time to complete projects.

I think Miro is great to create a "living" board. You can add and remove items easily and have it all in one place. For some, I can see it being overwhelming as it can be easy to "lose" items within the board.
