Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We usually define the workflow and connections between each task separated for specific teams and manage our monthly retro sessions through Miro.

Pros

  • Sticky notes are game changer
  • MiroTalk allows us to share information in a more descriptive manner
  • Extensive Template Library
  • User-friendly Interface
  • Integration with other tools

Cons

  • Pricing should be more affordable to consider it long-term
  • Mobile Experience
  • Improved Search and Navigation
  • It definitely improved our productivity by providing a clear description of the workflow.
  • Eliminated most sync meetings
It is easy to separate the responsibilities in a descriptive manner and describe the ownership of each segment of the workflow. It is not suited to replace task management tools but it is a must needed addition to the project workflow.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Remote team collaboration and brainstorming where its real-time collaboration features, like multiple users editing a board simultaneously, built-in chat, video conferencing, and commenting features, make it ideal for remote brainstorming sessions, however Miro’s limited offline functionality makes it not suitable for users who would like to edit their work with poor internet connection or from an offline environment
