Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro to organise my ideas, strategies, competitor analysis and to organise brain storming sessions. It's really easy to use and very visual. I create boards for my main topics and keep opening and adding ideas/screenshots whenever I think or find something interesting. Unlike other tools, it's extremely visual. I can only recommend Miro

Cons
- When I add a frame around several post-in, it gets very difficult to copy them. I had to remove the frame to add it back later on
- Really helpful to keep my ideas together, reducing time creating a power point
- Sharing with other teams is easy, receiving feedback faster and more visually, improving productivity
I'm working at a fully remote company atm. Since sharing and giving feedback process gets simplify with Miro, the tool is decreasing and helping reducing the time invested in feedback.
I like to use it as well for brainstorming sessions, where people collaborate and add their post-in and then we can discuss them

Figma, LucidChart.
Figma is the less user friendly tool in the planet. I struggle to use it and would rather stay away
Regarding LucidChart, the issue is that it's not as visual as Miro - more like lines and boxes, at least when I used it a few years back
I didn't select Miro, it was already implemented when I started. I enjoy that it's visual and very easy to use, compared to the other 2 tools
