Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We do planning, brainstorming and mind mapping with Miro. Often showcasing our work to customers as well as collaborating with them on projects directly in Miro. Since we have a hybrid workplace it is easy to collaborate with a team that are geographically spread out. And honestly it is a fun tool to use. Very intuitive.

Pros

  • Mind mapping
  • Show process overview
  • Useful templates that saves time compared to starting from scratch

Cons

  • Missing a template on planning content (there are overviews and customer journeys but nothing that really helps a content manager day to day)
  • Missing a planning template for SEO analysis - ideally with an integration to Semrush
  • It improves productivity since I can empty my mind into Miro and thus be really focused in each project.
I work remote and Miro is the enabler that makes collaboration possible within the team but also with customers. It makes it feel like we are in a room together and we can actually WORK together, not just take turns presenting something to each other in our digital meetings. Fun, easy and organized. Just how I like it.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I use it every day and it helps us keep track of so many different projects and customers. Very important tool for collaborating in the team and with customers since we work on a remote and hybrid basis. Though I would like to be able to showcase an SEO analysis and forward strategy for customers in a template with a clear process and aslo room for showing statistics and recommendations based on the analysis.
