Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro for multiple design, brainstorming and planning functions including workflows, swim lane diagrams, journey maps, workshops, ideation etc. Miro allows our extended and remote teams to contribute across time zones and schedules, allowing for a great deal of flexibility and collaboration.
Our use cases range from company wide strategy planning sessions to tracking customer interactions in Beta and LA testing to day-to-day product and process process flows. We have also started using Miro for depicting screen flows, prototyping/ wireframing and high level planning matrices for initiatives.

Miro has has a Tremendously positive impact on collaboration. It allows our extended and partner team members to review, edit and comment on boards in their own time and convenience.
