Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Collaboration across teams and projects where new information is gained across multiple teams

Pros

  • Templates are great to use as a foundation
  • Multiple team members sharing a whiteboard which remains available for all
  • Keeps history of the changes from each member so you can see how they changed it

Cons

  • Creating folders of topics would be better.
  • Quick pictures of the content of the whiteboard to know if you found the right one
  • When on an enterprise sub, keep the whiteboards open when you relogin
  • Improved productivity
  • Reduce email
  • Better then SharePoint at retaining documents on a topic
I wish it integrated better with devops
My org is spread across 4 countries ms it helps to collaborate with those team members in a shared space
Miro just simply works where as teams whiteboard often fails

Any where where you need to keep various pieces of information together its wonderful. It needs improvement on importing PowerPoint presentations and extracting the pages. They will sometimes show up muddy. I also wish it had a better import for spreadsheets
