Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use it as a collaboration tool for projects - it allows to have in one place all the relevant information re meetings agendas and minutes, actions, roadmaps, timeframes as well as allow everyone to add post it notes comments
Pros
- Provides lots of different templates to start your board
- allows collaboration by sharing different information (images, files, links, etc)
- very customizable to what you need
Cons
- I find it hard to copy and paste from other apps into Miro
- Improved productivity
- improved accountablity
it is great internally but it is also so easy to use when you are working with people from different organisations
