Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We are using Miro for various projects in settings where collaborating remotely on workshop-type topics are needed. It can be anything from defining customer jobs-to-be-done to brainstorming on brand strategy to conducting team retros.

Pros

  • Remote collaboration
  • Digital workshops
  • Intuitive

Cons

  • Access management is difficult
  • Vote functionality / interactivity is not very developed
  • Integration with Google Suite could be better (finding Boards, integrating slides etc.)
  • It made us able to thrive during the pandemic
  • It enables remote collaboration as we are expanding our geographic scope
Good simple integration, but access management could be better. It's easy to onboard new users once they get access.
To me personally it seemed super simple to integrate.
It is essential for our collaboration as we shift to a cross-country operating model

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is simply a lot better and more advanced in every way. Google Jamboard did not solve the need for us.
Great for online collaboration, less suited for detailed content creation or analysis. Access management in a corporate setting can be a pain.
