Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We are using for brainstorming sessions and collaborative workshops. It helps us organizing information and feedback from many people within one single place.
It is great for workshops to develop new ideas and put them to paper in a creative and collaborative way.
It is definetly the best tool that I experienced so far.

Cons
- Features are only for premium
- Board Management is really confusing
- Loading times/performance with 100+ users on one board
- Improved productivity
- You can show your creativity and get more sales

Compared to Microsoft Whiteboard it is a completely different level. From my experiences Miro is the no.1 tool for its purposes
