Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Great tool for collaborating with teams across different offices when responding to design challenges. Great place to share ideas and use them as a platform for workshops. Easy to onboard new people to the tool with a simple interface. I particularly like the way you can follow certain users - this is great when presenting.

Pros

  • Follow users.
  • Sticky notes for quick note taking.
  • Embed videos.

Cons

  • Desktop version slow to load.
  • Search tool not particularly powerful.
  • More design features.
  • Reduced project completion time.
  • Reduced meeting inefficiencies.
  • Helped to define roles and responsibilities.
One click integration - can't complain!
Simple interface means all users can get started straight away - very little onboarding required.

Yes

Great for collaborating in workshops with internal and external stakeholders. It allows us to present ideas with ease and take notes based on feedback received. I don't think the design features are as good as other presentation platforms, though, and this limits its occasional use when presenting to others.
