I use it to collaborate with some members, including our customers, to make ideas or have discussions or reports.
Pros

Cons
- The lock can be unlocked by other users even though the object is set to "only board owner can unlock"
- The lock was locked even though the object is not set to "only board owner can unlock".
- Even the board owner cannot check the shared password that has already been set.
- When I create workshop boards for workshops, I reduced creation time using miroverse. Then, the miroverse gave me inspiration and sample objects for the workshops design.
- I adopted Miro to discuss in workshops, it was more efficient than using only video conference tools.
- The expansive campus is convenient for ongoing discussions within a single project.
It depends on the project whether to use miro. But if the project is like a workshop or has many discussions, it will give impact our organization. Some people who used miro left the contract because they could not use it well.

Miro has a vast campus to use freely and access with colleagues and clients in real-time. It is very useful to see the same page with them. The above products do not have such a feature; they focus on task management and project management. So, we adopted both products.
