Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It's a great tool that we use daily at our organization. We use it actively for our daily standup, weekly retrospective and monthly planning. It's very user friendly and easy to use too. The UI is quite smooth on all browsers. Sticky note, connection lines, text boxes, etc. make it quite convenient to see the context pictorially and get the context easily to everyone in the team, which always results in more fruitful decisions.

Pros

  • Sticky notes are quite helpful
  • UI is quite smooth even if it comes a large page
  • User friendly
  • Easy to use for a beginner

Cons

  • More tools can be added in tool bar
  • We should be able to archive the board if needed
  • Time saving
  • Focus on context
Sticky notes with connection line is my favorite feature.
It's very user friendly and easy to use to a beginner as well.
Miro made work from home easily. Pictorially focused decisions on sticky notes save a lot of time.

It's more suitable for standup, retrospective and monthly planning. It's less suitable if we want to do something more diagrammatically.
