Overall Satisfaction with Miro

With many team members working remote these days, we use Miro as a digital pin-up tool while collaborating remotely. I particularly like it because we can embed gifs and video content, which you cannot do on a physical wall.

Pros

  • Embed video and gif content
  • Sketch tool
  • Drag-and-drop upload/organization

Cons

  • File types--let us upload more types of video media please
  • Exporting pages to PDF often just doesn't work
  • Harder to integrate with other design and communication tools (e.g., InDesign, Outlook). Sometimes another thing just becomes cumbersome.
  • Archiving is a taxing process and doesn't fit with our office standards.
Starting to use Miro works great; closing out and archiving a project is a pain.
Miro seems redundant when using other design tools such as InDesign.
The real-time aspect of Miro is unmatched. I don't how how we would do it otherwise.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Real-time collaboration and speed sets it above the rest.
When people are remote, Miro is great for digital pin-ups. Less important when we are all together in the office.
