Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We generally use Miro for multiple purposes:
  • Whiteboarding ideas.
  • Brainstorming on solutions.
  • Wireframing.
  • Solution framing.

Pros

  • Collaboration is very convenient.
  • Accessing various controls is quite easy.
  • User experience is very clean & intuitive.
  • Exporting the frames is very easy.

Cons

  • Fewer icons.
  • Limited number of frame options.
  • Data security concerns.
  • Better goal alignment.
  • Reduction in lead time in project implementation.
  • Improved productivity.
I have not integrated Miro with any other platform so can not comment on this part.
It had a significant impact during remote work days as we work on a lot of new ideas & Miro helped translate ideas on whiteboards so that the entire team was aligned with the processes of each other.

In product management where there is a lot of cross-functional collaboration, a web-based tool is really helpful. We frequently play with different product feature ideas & it's very convenient to represent those ideas visually to cross-functional teams & get them validated.

Miro would be less suited to be used for software tech implementation projects.
