Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro used for collaboration during project and road map planning. Everyone can express their ideas and contribute during the planning phase while working remotely without having to wait for each person to speak.
Pros
- Allow for simultaneous collaboration while working remotely
- Keep record of collaboration work instead of writing meeting notes
- Interactive and fun to collaborate
Cons
- The user interface could use improvement where you are automatically redirected to where most users are
- Make it easier to zoom in and out
- Single sign on without entering credentials again
- Better collaboration while working remotely

- Learning curve to use it, as some users struggle in the first few sessions
Made collaboration much easier because everyone can participate simultaneously. The remote meeting generally allows only one person to speak at a time, Miro overcomes this challenge.
