Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It is mainly used to create process flows and wireframes for new apps. Most Miro boards are created by the app dev team but then other test users provide feedback through the Miro board.

Pros

  • The boards look very professional.
  • Collaboration.
  • Ease of creating quick overviews.

Cons

  • The webapp is slow.
  • The desktop app crashes a lot.
  • Constant requirement to log in again.
  • Improved app development.
The app crashes a lot on MacBook.
It's easy enough to deploy via our MDM but we get a lot of complaints about the app crashing.
It allows the marketing team to clearly visualise the end product of the apps we are developing.

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

No

I prefer Visio but it wasn't an option in the dropdown.
Miro is good for application layer designs but not very good for network layer designs.
