Cons

Reports can be cumbersome and confusing, hopefully this will be resolved as we start to use insights.
AQEM will resolve many issues we are having with event management. At this time, we struggle with “buy-in” at our organization, causing event management to be a manual process among the SysAdmin team

The system is extremely easy to to use. We struggle with staff “buy-in” to do the things the need (and are required) to do. This is an isolated workplace cultural issue that we are actively trying to change. Rebuilding the system to make it better than ever is exciting to both staff and leadership.

It is extremely easy to view and manage both current and previous document revisions. It allows us to track each step of the process to understand where delays are happening and how to avoid those in the future. We are working to rebuild our MC system and anticipate MC support to resolve all of our problems through this process.
