Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

We are currently leveraging Marketo for lead generation, initiatives, newsletters, and ABM.

Pros

Cons

  • Email editor could use some updating
  • Overall Admin UX design
  • Account Management--sometimes our rep is overwhelmed
Pardot has a better UX design, but Marketo is by and away more advanced when it comes to reporting and email program designs
Marketo's programs are very advanced and allow for robust reporting.
