Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
Marketo is our primary marketing automation platform, which powers our lead capture, lead database, landing pages, mass email outreach, and flows data through to our Salesforce instance. It scores and tracks our leads from the first touch on our corporate website. It acts as our platform of record for all prospects and leads prior to them making their way directly to our SDR team.
Pros
- Lead scoring is easy to set up and manage
- Resource management gets the job done
- Email/newsletter creation and process is easy to use
Cons
- The overall UIUX feels dated and sometimes cumbersome to use
- Analytics can be a challenge to navigate at times to get to what you really need
- Templates could be better for landing pages and emails - especially for responsive design
