Marketo- Wouldn't be Steering You Wrong!
Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
Marketo is being used by the marketing department for our marketing database and we sync back to our CRM (Salesforce) and use Marketo Sales Insights to allow reps to see how clients/customers are engaging with us. We use Marketo for all of our email and landing page creation and it also drives our lead scoring model.
Pros
- Great customer support.
- Valuable training resources/documention.
- Large vendor marketplace (LaunchPoint).
- Easy to use platform.
Cons
- Large very detailed reports might take some time to load.
I have previously used Eloqua and I much prefer Marketo. Marketo's customer support is more responsive than having to go through the Oracle ticketing system. Marketo is also a much more user friendly platform.
