Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

We use Marketo for weekly emails, primarily to promote webinars and conferences. It's used by the marketing department and as a lead generation tool.

Pros

  • Cloning campaigns
  • Webinars
  • Event promotion

Cons

  • Improve de-duplicating process
  • Sometimes it moves slowly
  • Glitches occur in the editing phase (for example, centering text looks centered before the preview, but in preview mode, objects are not centered).
MailChimp is better at offering a user friendly experience, however Marketo has more robust offerings.
Marketo is great for campaign management.
