Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It's easy to use personally because I have a background in design, however, it might be a little difficult for people who do not have a design background, which it could take longer for them to try to perfect the chart... This is why more templates and where to find their design should be easier to modify.
It's being used by the whole organization to connect with different departments on different projects for processes. The chart helps all departments identify the workflow of teamwork and their job description to complete the whole project/assignment. In the time of COVID, we lack in-person communication and true understanding for collaboration, this is why we need Lucidchart to help us understand what each person needs to do or what they are willing to contribute to help the whole organization complete the task.

The chart can be used by people in different departments because it's easy to understand and can easy caught by visual attention. Which means people can get creative on what they would like to share their ideas and what they know based on the Lucidchart.
