Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It's pretty simple to use, you don't actually need instructions.
It's an amazing application, really easy to use. I'm currently using Lucidchart to build all of the company processes and it's great! I can have really organized information in one place. I used to have all the information in several documents and it was harder to find specific info. With these charts I can have everything organized and easy to find

Pros

  • easy to use
  • great product at great price
  • you can save all of your charts and make them templates

Cons

  • honestly I haven't find anything that needs to improve
  • Improved quality in documentation
  • time saving
They respond really fast and make sure everything is taken care
