Overall Satisfaction with Litmus

We use Litmus for testing display rendering across email clients - for our marketing client's brands.

Pros

  • Quick download of renders
  • Confidence that renders are accurate
  • Very little experience with down time of the service

Cons

  • Once there was a small issue where some other Litmus account's renders were pulling into my account renders. While Litmus was able to troubleshoot and fix that issue - It caused me to question if other Litmus accounts seeing my client's work, too.
  • Litmus cuts down on my time spent on devices/os clients testing renders. I'm able to get a quick read on how well a campaign was built, across clients, in fast manner.
From a platform and tool perspective, Litmus does a great job at providing rendering testing. No issues.
