Use the Litmus for email build, test, email campaigns, emails tracking, crossplatform email client check

  • Update the email clients frequently and up to date
  • Tracking dashboard by email client
  • Email build tool

Cons

  • User management
  • Caching issue when switching user accounts
  • Admin or Full control permissions confusions
  • Email sorting on the home page - it can be sorted in way my campaigns
  • Emails preview count refresh by each user - need more clarification on that area for the license holders
Email acid lacks on updating the up to date client list which is mandatory for email testing .

The up to date email clients, email preview count for each client, - the clarity on those area are very helpful for my team Email tracking dashboard is a big plus for us to have a clear view on email campaigns which serves the purpose of our selection of this tool
