Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
We use Litmus to QA our emails. We use it to make sure our emails look great across devices. I like how many devices it includes. It's very helpful. We also used to use it to check subject line placement within inboxes, but that feature has recently been deprecated, unfortunately.
Pros
- Showing emails across devices and email service providers
- Making it easy to send emails into the tool
- Quickly rendering tests
Cons
- More devices/ISPs
- Subject line inbox rendering
- Inbox placement prediction
- Improved user experience
- Time saved not needing to manually test emails
- Shorter email review cycles
At my past companies, I've only used Litmus for this use case.
