Overall Satisfaction with Litmos

Annual training and professional development training.

Pros

  • Professional development courses
  • Easy navigation for the employees
  • no downtime

Cons

  • Being able to view an employee's view as a supervisor. I want to be able to see what the supervisor is seeing as the administrator. All I can see now is their record as an employee view.
  • Cut cost on traveling expenses to provide specific training.
  • Ability to upload how to videos which prevents having to send trainers to locations (cost savings)

Very user friendly and employees are able to navigate the system with little training,
Very Satisfied with the implementation. Had a rep available should we had any issues or questions.
To provide training to my employees who are spread throughout the state.
