Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training for our New Hire Onboarding as well as monthly security awareness trainings and phishing campaigns. It is a great resource that is at the center of our internal training program. Every campaign has a mixture of videos, games, and other modules that is usually about 4-5 modules and 20-30 minutes.

Fresh training content keeps our employees more engaged in the monthly campaigns. They are not just taking the same quiz over and over. From a phishing campaign perspective, having department-targeted campaigns makes things more customized and keeps them more aware of random emails that come in. Overall it makes our employees more intelligent about cybersecurity.
It is very easy to add new hires and have our employees automatically assigned to training, set to groups, etc. There could be some improvement to the back-end functionality, ie navigating between user/groups/campaigns/etc. It lacks a bit of intuitive navigation. Adding and archiving users is very easy.
It is important for us to make sure that every user has completed the monthly security awareness training, as well as all users completing the Mitnick annual training. KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has easy metrics and the ability to export the user list is great so we can escalate to specific managers. The phishing campaigns could use a bit of an upgrade metrics are skewed by our email security software.
The KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has been a great addition to our new hire onboarding, our monthly training campaigns, our phishing tests, and of course the annual Mitnick training. It keeps our employees aware of security best practices while not feeling too much like corporate training. From a training perspective, the only real issue we have had is modules that would be suited for contractors or other physical staff (e.g., maintenance) to take training without having work emails.
