Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo

We use it for email marketing for our e-commerce company. It helps us collect leads and keep track of customers so that we can message them and engage them with automated flows and campaigns.

Pros

  • Automated email flows.
  • Customer relationship management.

Cons

  • User experience seems dated.
  • Email design tooling is cumbersome.
  • Improved lifetime value.
  • Increased personalization.
  • Higher revenue.
Very simple. Add an API key and sync lists.
I’ve been using it for a while, so I haven’t evaluated other opportunities.
