Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Communities

I utilize Khoros Communities to export data from our communities and provide information on the number of views, unique visitors, visits, newly registered users, topics, and replies, as well as the resolution rate.

Pros

  • Dashboard that gives immediate insights
  • easy to use filters.
  • easy to understand visuals

Cons

  • missing filters like country wise info
  • export all at once to csv instead of one at a time
  • few columns missing in api data
  • few dimensions missing , like to which product customers are visiting, doesnt give HP product lines
it is scaling in accordance with our business needs.
