Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Insightly to stay on top of partners/potential partners. It makes it easy to keep our contacts up to date, status of the account, etc. Tasks allow us to easily keep track of key check ins and milestones. We used CRMs in the past that were overly complicated and typically lead to headaches.

Nothing really. It does everything we need it to. Very simple and easy to use.

We are a very small company with a lot of clients. It wouldn't be possible to keep track and in constant communication like we're able to because of Insightly
