Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

Scheduling Solar Site Surveys and Installs from Homeowners and Sales reps for the Solar Energy Industry, customers service for complaints and service request as needed everyday from 6am to 10pm monday thru friday , 7 days a week. Run Reports and service tickets and communication with management to workforce to final homeowner project completion.

great CRM overall, many highlights of this program that i like is that it integrates with Twilio phone service and Gmail pangea and panda docs . the reports are excellent and info is quick and thorough.. the speed and accuracy is impressive and concise. the information and overall project management is impressive.
i think insightly is more user friendly and more interactive in many areas that surpass the competition, My Salesforce lacked adequate training to be able to give a concise comment of the inner workings of the program. So it would unfair to have full comparisons , but insightly surpasses any crm i have used yet.

customer service integration with the workforce, i do the scheduling for multiple states also run Different reports and multi task through out the day , work with the sales reps and the homeowner on a daily bases . i also do scheduling the site surveys and the installation scheduling. On occasion do service request for roof leaks
