Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
Currently, as a regional director, Insightly is being used in my jurisdiction - possibly in others. We are amassing numerous contacts over a wide geography with various connection points that are open across time. Insightly puts it all together and gives me the power to know what is going on in a city. I can see all the connections and supports and collect interest for the future, stakeholders, and partners easily.
Pros
- Interconnections. The ability to link data threads from contact to contact, organization to organization.
- Email integration. The ease of adding an email to the CC line and trust that Insightly is tracking it is really helpful.
- Apps. I typically use the website from my office but I really appreciate having the app on my phone when I'm on the road.
Cons
- I honestly don't know at this point.
