Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

I selected Insightly for my largest client to manage their database and projects. The entire team uses Insightly on a daily basis. It addresses the constant need for status of projects and grant proposals being easily accessed by the team.

Pros

  • Easily tracks status of projects and grants.
  • Snapshots profiles of contacts and organizations.
  • Centralized place for accessing our data.

Cons

  • I wish the comments were more social.
  • I wish it were easier to see comments placed within tasks or projects.
  • It seems like extra steps are needed to make co-workers opt in to project and task updates.
  • Streamlined business processes
Yes.
It is second to Bitrix24.... They do a great job of making CRM social.
I believe every person who owns a business or works on projects needs CRM project management software.
