Insightly's ease of use and great service make it a good a fit for our small business
Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
It is used amongst the sales team; there are 3 full time reps, 1 part time rep, and 1 person who uses Insightly to manage the inside sales and run reports. It gives us a place to track opportunities and move them along. We are also beginning to use it more for e-mail campaigns.
Pros
- Easy to use
- Strong customer support
- Sorts opportunties efficiently
- Uploads contacts from excel/csv files quickly
- Merges with Gmail
Cons
- E-mail functionality is limited (e-mailing to groups, and e-mails allow for html only)
- Cannot e-mail based on organization
I found Insightly much easier to use than Salesforce or Zoho. I used Salesforce with a prior organization and I did not find it intuitive like Insightly is. It also took quite a while to create and sort opportunities. I found Zoho to be a little more cumbersome and not as easy to navigate as Insightly.
