It's used to store the backups of the database as replacement to tradional tapes and disks

Pros

  • Easy to use.
  • Quick to load and export.
  • Flexible.

Cons

  • Lower the cost.
  • Add more training videos on the IBM website.
  • Good competitive pricing.
We have a lot of IBM legacy systems, thought it would be compatible with our systems.
It's good for storing backups.
We want to use it and integrate it with front end application/ETL developers.
