Using Hootsuite as a non profit
Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite
I use Hootsuite to schedule the Twitter posts for the organization. It allows me to get social media out of the way so I can focus on other more pressing jobs. I like the fact it allows you to shorten links as well as add alt text meaning.It saves me time and allows me to put more time into other tasks.

Cons
- Adding more on the free version.
- Free pro accounts for charities.
- Bigger box for alt text as text gets lost.
- More engagement on Twitter from regular posts.
- Ease of use.
- Shared how to use it with other organisations.
- Saved time.
I use Meta Business Suite to schedule posts for Facebook and Instagram as it is free to use and there is no restriction on how many posts can be scheduled. It also shows analytics of how well posts are doing, optimal posting times and who our audience consists. I do like how I can write one post and it will be posted on both platforms simultaneously. Meta Business Suite is more affordable for us as a charity than it would be to pay for Hootsuite pro.
