Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

I use it for paychecks and to check the hours I worked. As an employee, the interface is easy to access and figure out. I really enjoy the easy separations between pages and how easy it is to download paycheck information both before and after I receive a paycheck. I really also enjoy the email updates.

Like mentioned before, the interface is very desirable for businesses because of its ease and lack of barriers to use. It’s incredibly easy to get signed up and started with Gusto, and is very self explanatory, which is unlike other pay sites.
Paycom is a much more difficult interface than Gusto. It’s harder to access for employees and more difficult to find what you are looking for initially. Gusto has all of its options laid out on the main page to allow for easy access and understanding to use it. I would never pick another interface.

Gusto is easy to use and has a very accessible interface. This makes it an obvious choice for companies that have employees of all ages- I feel like older and younger people can both easily use the interface. Furthermore, Gusto has a lot of attributes that other pay interfaces don’t. Gusto allows you to easily see visuals of the amount of money per month you’re making.
