Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
We use Gusto when we need to request for time off, when we need to use our PTO or Unpaid PTO, where we posts our receipts for our benefits to receive reimbursement, when we need to access our paystubs. I personally use Gusto for direct deposit as well! It is a great option to get paid two days early. We can also review our benefits. We can see how much we make throughout the year. We can put in our own direct deposit without having to contact our banks or supervisors. Gusto is a very helpful app! I would 10/10 recommend!
Pros
- Having access to our paystubs whenever we want to see them.
- Being able to request for our days off through the app/website.
- Receiving reimbursements when we post our receipts from our benefits such as our health and wellness benefits.
Cons
- I genuinely do not think Gusto needs ANY improvement.
- Gusto is the best app ever for an employer to use for their business and employees.
- Being able to access anything from ANYWHERE such as being at home is definitely helpful.
- There are no negative impact that’s absolutely certain!
- The most positive impact is letting employees access what they want to access such as paystubs.
- All employees love this app!
Gusto definitely stacks up against them because of everything they have to offer. I can access anything that has to do with my job such as benefits, requesting days off, paystubs, reimbursements, and PTO. I am able to do all of this from home instead of at work. I absolutely recommend!
