Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Gusto is used for all payroll matters, including direct deposits, 401K contributions, employer matches, vacation tracking (and requesting vacation days), and more. It also tracks all employees, permanent staff, and independent contractors and keeps all tax document records, benefits, etc.

Usability

It is very user-friendly and intuitive. The only slight detraction is the 401K management (direct pay feature), but otherwise, everything involving payroll and employee records is top-notch.

Gusto is amazing at setting up different payment methods/accounts. I can flexibly designate different amounts to different accounts and change them as needed. I have never had an issue with this functionality. It also updates my tax deductions as needed and keeps track of all my documents (which are easy to locate as well).
