Gusto has been an invaluable tool for our organization, streamlining payroll processing with remarkable efficiency and accuracy. It simplifies compliance with tax regulations, ensures timely payments, and reduces administrative effort. Beyond payroll, we use Gusto for employee onboarding and managing benefits, allowing us to focus on our core business operations.

I would rate Gusto's overall usability a 9 out of 10. Its intuitive interface makes payroll processing and benefits management straightforward, saving us significant time and effort. The platform's automation features and reliable customer support enhance the user experience. It loses one point for occasional limitations in customization for larger enterprises.
We switched from Paychex to Gusto due to challenges in employee management and onboarding. Gusto has significantly improved our experience with its efficient and error-free processes, making payroll and HR tasks smoother and more reliable for our team. One personal incident was when I got onboarded as contractor instead of full time W2 by paychex which was very annoying to see.
