Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My organization uses Gusto for timekeeping, benefits, and other purposes. I find Gusto very user-friendly and intuitive. I love the little pig on the loading screen, too.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Ease of use for time clock.
Easily guides through benefit selection process.
Keeps you updated on when your next check should be.

Cons

I don't see an option for logging breaks in time clock, just clocking in and out.

Usability

I've found it to be simple from onboarding into the organization and it continues to be easy to use as an employee day to day.

Oracle Cloud Platform

Oracle is a nightmare, I am very glad that my organization uses Gusto rather than that.

Gusto would be suited to just about any size organization; most people are comfortable using apps even if they don't use a computer. I can't think of an area where it would be less appropriate.
