Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

I am an employee that uses Gusto to log in and track my time. I also have the ability to adjust my time when needed. This allows me to feel trusted by my manager because I have the ability to adjust my time if I need to, along side the manager approval of the time changes, but I also feel the need to stay honest so as to not loose that ability.

Pros

  • easy to clock in and out
  • simple to see how much my pay check will be
  • it is also easy to find pay stubs
  • simple to find out how much PTO I have left

Cons

  • change arrangement of home screen
  • focus on pay stubs on home screen
  • make the PTO button more readily available
Gusto is so easy to use when I clock in, and all of the labels and categories are really easy to find. As an employee, I know where to look when I need to find something. There are even more functions than I actually need. It is so easy and clean to use Gusto to track my paychecks.

Yes

Gusto has been so easy to use to clock in and out, which is how I mainly use the program. I have a different way of tracking my spending habits and really do not need Gusto for that. I would really rather like the home screen to focus more on things I need for work, like pay stubs and PTO.
